Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, sealed packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that for safety reasons, used gels or liquids cannot be returned.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original box with the RMA number clearly written on the outside to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
